Summary

Nefco, a Nordic green financing institution, is seeking expressions of interest from consultants to conduct a comprehensive study on the Nordic Sustainable Blue Economy. The selected consultant will receive a budget of EUR 60,000 (excluding VAT) for a 4-5 month engagement starting in May 2026. Applicants must demonstrate experience in sustainability and impact assessments, ocean sector expertise, understanding of Nordic SME financing, and knowledge of emerging technologies. The submission must include company profile, relevant project experience, project manager CV, and proposed team composition. The project manager must have a minimum of 8 years of experience managing Nordic/EU assignments.
