Application Checklist

Eligibility

• Project must be located in an ODA-eligible emerging market or developing economy (verify against OECD DAC list)
• Project must NOT involve any activities listed on Impact Fund Denmark's Exclusion List
• Project must demonstrably create positive environmental or social impact

Project Scope

• Project must fall within Green Energy & Infrastructure scope: energy systems, circular economies, or electric mobility

Required Documents

• Prepare business plan and strategy document
• Prepare 5-year financial projections including assumptions on yields, prices, costs, capex/opex, working capital, and expected returns
• Provide audited financial statements for the past 3 years
• Provide documentation on ownership, governance, financing structure, funding gap, other capital sources, and available security/collateral

Constraints

• Commercial viability required — fund invests for financial return alongside impact; pure grant-seeking NGOs are not the target audience
• Danish connection (company is Danish or has ownership/trade ties to Denmark) is advantageous and affects prioritisation
