Historical Context
Phase III of a UNDP-Norway partnership that began in 2019. Phase I and II piloted MSW management models in Quang Ninh, Da Nang, Binh Dinh, Binh Thuan, and Binh Duong provinces. Phase III signed April 22, 2025 (Earth Day). Research basis includes the OPTOCE project on co-processing (implemented by SINTEF) and a pre-feasibility study on DRS by Innovation Norway.
