Danish Government coastal protection fund increased by EUR 20 million (DKK 150 million) in 2024. Municipalities can apply for joint coastal protection projects and strengthening of dykes in the Wadden Sea. Nearly DKK 15 billion planned investment over the next decade for coastal protection.
